Description: River Medical Recruiting, Inc. is looking of Geriatrician - right now, this position will be placed in Washington. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please read the description below. Geriatrics - IM/FP; Interested in caring for our nursing home patients? We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine/Geriatrics or Family Medicine/Geriatrics for our nursing homes in the Greater Seattle area. This unique practice model has been refined over the last 10 years and is one that does not confine you to a clinic. In fact, there is no clinic! Instead you have the freedom to be out in the city; visiting patients in nursing homes. A typical day consists of seeing 15-20 patients. Work in collaboration with nurse practitioners to assess and manage the medical care of the elderly in skilled nursing facilities and transitional care settings. The new physician will come in as an employee of the group with the opportunity for performance bonus incentives after the first year.
