Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
M.D. or D.O
Approved residency in internal medicine or family practice
Certified, American Board of Internal Medicine or Family Practice
Certified added qualification in Geriatrics
Medical License for the applicable state
Supports and models the Legacy Preferred Provider Profile.
