VCA Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join the Internal Medicine department at our AAHA-accredited, 24-hour emergency/critical care and multi-specialty practice in Lynnwood, Washingtonâ€"located just north of Seattle.
This is an outstanding opportunity to fully utilize all of your knowledge and technical skills, as well as gain the valuable experience found in a multi-specialty hospital.
No previous Internal Medicine experience necessary. We will provide extensive training in the skills necessary to fulfill the specific requirements of becoming a valued member of the Internal Medicine Team.

Our Specialty departments are fast-paced with Technicians responsible for intake/discharge of patients, nursing care of patients, blood work, imaging (including digital radiology, MRI, CT and Fluoroscopy) and anesthetic induction/monitoring multiple types of procedures. To apply you must have a current WA state license, or be immediately license eligible, as well as a minimum of 1 yr recent experience working in a veterinary hospital setting. The right candidate will possess strong anesthetic skills, excellent communication and client service skills, a positive attitude, and an ongoing desire to learn and excel in a specialty hospital environment. Our Internists cover 6 days-a-week, and we are currently looking for a technician to cover 4- 10+ hours days Monday â€" Thursday.
