Scan all records into the appropriate patient folder on a daily basis in our electronic medical record system.
Maintain dai! ly workflow, ensuring that records are scanned in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain confidentiality.
Ensure all patient records and loose material are scanned with the highest possible quality.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or GED
Proficiency with computer software, such as Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in medical records, medical office, medical billing, business office, or health care customer service
Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
Detail oriented with strong customer service skills.
