Job Description
The Lewis and John Dare Center at Virginia Mason Medical Center has an opening for a full-time internal medicine physician to assume the practice of a retiring physician, joining a! well-established group of five highly-skilled, board certifie! d internists. The Dare Center concierge medicine program was the first in the United States at an academic medical center, and combines the traditional medical excellence of Virginia Mason Medical Center with an uncommonly high level of service and convenience, effectively accommodating each patient's needs, concerns, schedule and lifestyle; it is staffed with experienced, respected and dedicated providers.
A Dare Center practice allows more time with your patients, who benefit from a more intensive doctor-patient relationship and more comprehensive case management. Patients are followed closely through a spectrum of care, from subspecialist visits to ER, hospital, SNF and home. Uniquely positioned in a multi-specialty clinic, the Dare Center offers a small, private clinical setting while participating in the initiatives of a large medical center. Dare Center physicians work with the Virginia Mason Foundation and its supporters and are involved in community organiz! ations and charitable causes; there is also the opportunity to build your practice through executive health exams, and to teach in VM's internal medicine residency program.

Our ideal candidate is a board-certified internist with an exceptional approach to patient care and service. A minimum of 5-10 years' experience is prefer! red, as well as proficiency with electronic medical records, email and ! cell phone.
