Description: Enterprise Medical Services is at present looking to employ Northern Washington - Internal Medicine right now, this career will be placed in Washington. Our client is seeking an internist to join a multi-specialty group practice in Northern Washington, 90 minutes from Seattle.

• They currently have a Hospitalist program Mon- Fri, 8 - 5:30PM; planning to expand to 24/7. In the meantime the IM would have "some" in-patient responsibilities.
• The practice has a joint venture with a hospital located 5 miles from practice

Physician will:

• Work out of a brand new 40,000 sq ft MOB.
• Urgent Care is connected to buildin! g, but separate entrance, etc.
• Have a $189K minimum, ! initial salary guarantee, PLUS the difference between the guarantee and the RVU production component after first 12 months.
• Community / Hospital Call is about 4 days/month

This beautiful community of 40,000 is located in northern Washington, about an hour north of Seattle. They offer excellent public, parochial and private schools and several community colleges nearby for higher education. Outdoor activities abound such as fresh and salt water activities, mountains for skiing and climbing plus parks, museums, theatre, and festivals.
