Providence is calling a fulltime Float Patient Services Representative II to the Neuroscience Clinics of Providence Medical Group in Walla Walla, WA.
We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to provide effective and efficient front office ! services to patients.
In this position you will:
- Work Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1pm
- Train new employees as well as provide ongoing training as needed.
- Coordinate all departmental communications, greet patients, answer telephones, relay messages and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
- Enter and gather data for billing, collect statistics, maintain and organize departmental files and patient records.
- May be required to float to other department/physician office sites as needed.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Previous medical secretarial experience
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
