Providence is calling an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Pre-Load Associate (Administration, Days, On-Call) to Providence Medical Group in Walla Walla, Washington. We a re a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Accurately enter confidential patient data in the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Maintain daily workflow, ensuring that data is entered timely, efficiently and according to standards.
Maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
Proficiency with computer software, such as Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records
Proficient knowledge with medical terminology
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in medical records, medical office, medical billing, business office, or health care customer service
Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
