Our client is seeking an internist to join a multi-specialty group practice in Northern Washington, 90 minutes from Seattle.

• They currently have a Hospitalist program Mon- Fri, 8 - 5:30PM; planning to expand to 24/7. In the meantime the IM would have "some" in-patient responsibilities.
• The practice has a joint venture with a hospital located 5 miles from practice

Physician will:

• Work out of a brand new 40,000 sq ft MOB.
• Urgent Care is connected to building, but separate entrance, etc.
• Have ! a $189K minimum, initial salary guarantee, PLUS the difference! between the guarantee and the RVU production component after first 12 months.
• Community / Hospital Call is about 4 days/month

They offer excellent public, parochial and private schools and several community colleges nearby for higher education.
