Providence is calling a fulltime Patient Services Representative II to the Occupational Medicine Clinic at Providence Medical Group in Walla Walla, WA.
We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to provide effective and efficient front office services to patients.
In this position you will:
Train new employees as well as provide ongoing training as needed.
Coordinate all departmental communication! s, greet patients, answer telephones, relay messages and trans! fer calls to appropriate staff.
Enter and gather data for billing, collect statistics, maintain and organize departmental files and patient records.
May be required to float to other department/physician office sites as needed.
Required
qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Customer service experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Previous medical secretarial experience
Basic understanding of medical terminology
