Job Summary

Our client is a leading figure in the commercial real estate industry who represent both landlords and tenants through the offering leasing, sales, valuations, corporate real estate advisory and property management services. With capacity in there fast-paced Johannesburg team, they are currently seeking a young and ambitious individual with strong administrative skills to join the business. Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Management of PABX system/calls on a national basis when current receptionist is not available
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Welcoming clients and offering tea/coffee etc.
  • Ensuring front of house/kitchen and boardroom is always presentable
  • Open and closing of office
  • Assisting brokers with credit checks, general administration & property searches / brochures
  • Managing the weekly cleaner and housekeeping of the kitchen
  • Ordering office stationery
  • Personal assistant to Directors (setting up meetings, arranging documents, diary management)
  • Canvassing potential clients telephonically
To qualify for this role, you will need to have a Matric Certificate and preferably a tertiary diploma/degree in business administration. You will also need to have at least 4 years’ experience in a reception or administrative support role within a real estate or sales environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and your ability to do cold calling with be essential.
